End of Key Stage One Assessment Results
At the end of Key Stage 1 (Year 2), the children are assessed against national curriculum objectives. Optional national curriculum tests (SATs) are also used to inform these judgements.
Our children achieved the following results in 2024:
At the end of Year 1, all children take a Phonics Screening Check to assess how well each child can read.
100% of children at Ewhurst passed the screening check in 2024. The national average in 2024 was 80%.
